Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Contact us as soon as possible when you need to cancel or change an order.

Cancellation before dispatch

Send the request to info@theleisuremode.com and include your full name, order number and the email address used at checkout. A reason is optional. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once sourcing, packing or fulfillment has begun.

A cancellation is confirmed only when we send written confirmation. If we successfully cancel an order for which payment was collected, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method without deducting an arbitrary transaction, administration or restocking fee.

After dispatch

Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may be unable to recall it. This does not remove your right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after delivery, or any other mandatory right. Follow our Return and Refund Policy after the goods arrive.

Address, size, colour or quantity changes

Contact us immediately. We will try to make the requested change before fulfillment begins. If the change cannot be made, the original order remains in effect unless it can be cancelled. Never place a duplicate replacement order until you know whether the first order was changed or cancelled.

Cancellation by The Leisure Mode

We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery information is incomplete, an obvious price or product error occurred, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment would be unlawful or impossible. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for the cancelled order to the original payment method.

Statutory withdrawal

The pre-dispatch cancellation process is separate from the EU statutory right of withdrawal. Eligible consumers can exercise that right without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. The optional EU Withdrawal Form may be used, but it is not required.
