Order Cancellation Policy

At The Leisure Mode, we understand that plans can change. Please review our order cancellation policy below.

Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include the following information in your cancellation request:

Your full name
Your order number
The email address used to place the order
The reason for cancellation

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In this case, you may need to wait until the order is delivered and follow our return and refund process, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Confirmation

A cancellation request is not considered approved until you receive a confirmation email from The Leisure Mode. We will make every reasonable effort to process your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, transaction fees, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted where permitted and applicable.

Address or Order Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to change your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed or sent for fulfillment.
