Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy

This policy explains how The Leisure Mode and service providers use cookies and similar technologies on theleisuremode.store. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and software-development-kit identifiers. They can support a session, remember choices, measure use or help deliver advertising.

2. Categories we may use

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for security, fraud prevention, navigation, cart, checkout, account login, payment and the operation of the store. These are used without consent where the law permits because the service cannot function properly without them.
  • Preference cookies: remember choices such as language, region, currency or display settings.
  • Analytics cookies: help measure traffic, page performance and how visitors use the store.
  • Advertising cookies: may measure campaigns, limit repetition or support interest-based advertising where enabled.

3. Providers

Cookies may be placed by The Leisure Mode or by services used to operate the store, including Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, customer-support tools, analytics services and advertising platforms where enabled. The active providers and cookie names can change when store features or apps change.

4. Consent

Where consent is required, non-essential preference, analytics or advertising cookies should not be activated until you make a choice. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent ordinary browsing or checkout, although some optional features may be less personalised.

5. Managing or withdrawing your choice

You may use the store's cookie-preferences control where displayed to accept, reject or change non-essential categories. You can also delete or block cookies through browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the cart, account, security or checkout from functioning.

6. Duration

Some cookies expire when the browser closes; others remain for a stated period or until deleted. We and our providers aim to retain identifiers only for a period proportionate to their purpose. Current durations can be viewed through browser storage tools and, where available, the cookie-preferences interface.

7. Data and international transfers

Cookie data can include IP address, device and browser information, identifiers, pages viewed and shopping interactions. Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area using a lawful transfer mechanism as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. Questions or consent-related requests can be sent to info@theleisuremode.com.
