Order and return support

For a damaged, defective or incorrect product, include a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where available. Photographs help us investigate but do not remove or reduce any mandatory consumer right.

For a withdrawal or ordinary return, send a clear statement that you wish to return the item and identify the order and product. A reason is not required when you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. Please do not send a return to our business correspondence address or to the address printed on a parcel. We will provide the correct return destination and instructions for the relevant order.
