Secure Checkout

Payments are completed through our Shopify checkout and the payment provider selected during checkout. Payment information is transmitted through the applicable secure payment system.

The Leisure Mode does not ask customers to send complete credit-card information by email, social media or the Contact Us form.

When Payment Is Collected

The total amount displayed during checkout will be submitted for payment when you complete your order. Your bank or payment provider may initially display the transaction as pending while authorization is completed.

Currency and Bank Charges

Your available store currency is displayed on the website and during checkout. If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion rate or foreign-transaction fee.

Charges imposed independently by a bank, card issuer or payment provider are not collected or controlled by The Leisure Mode.

Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may be declined because of incorrect card information, insufficient funds, an expired card, a bank security check or a billing-address mismatch.

Review the information entered and try again. If the issue continues, contact your bank or select another payment method available during checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. After we initiate a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
