Payment Options

The payment methods currently available for your country, device, currency and order are shown securely during checkout. Only a method displayed at checkout is available for that transaction.

Secure checkout

Checkout is provided through Shopify and the relevant payment provider. The Leisure Mode does not ask customers to send complete card details, passwords or security codes by email, telephone, social media or a contact form.

Currency and final amount

Store prices are displayed in euros unless another currency is clearly shown. Before you submit the order, checkout displays the total amount payable to The Leisure Mode, including the product price, the selected shipping charge and any tax or duty that we collect through checkout.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate, foreign-transaction fee or authentication requirement. Any charge imposed independently by your bank or provider is outside our control.

Payment authorisation

A payment may be authorised, declined or placed under review by the payment provider or fraud-prevention systems. An order is not finally accepted solely because funds appear reserved. We may contact you if additional verification is reasonably needed, but we will never ask you to disclose a complete card number or one-time security code by email.

Failed, duplicated or pending payments

Check the information entered and contact your bank or payment provider when a payment is declined or remains pending. Before placing another order, contact us if you believe the first attempt may have succeeded, so that we can check for a duplicate transaction.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed or required by law. We initiate refunds according to our Return and Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds after we issue them.
