This website is owned and operated by The Leisure Mode. Throughout theleisuremode.store (the "Site"), the terms "The Leisure Mode," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Leisure Mode.

The Leisure Mode offers this Site, including all information, tools, products and services available through it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all policies referenced in them.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, customers and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Site or Service.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

Article 1 – Eligibility and Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your country or place of residence, or that you are the age of legal majority and have authorized any minor dependants to use the Site under your supervision.

You may not use our products or Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any applicable law while using the Site, including intellectual-property, consumer-protection and technology-security laws.

You must not transmit viruses, worms, malware or other harmful code. A material violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Article 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, payment risk, policy violations, product unavailability or legal restrictions.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, information on the Site may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.

Product information and other materials on the Site are provided for general information. You should review the complete product description, size information, delivery estimate and applicable policies before placing an order.

We may modify Site content at any time. Except where required by law, we are not obligated to update every item of information immediately after a change occurs.

Article 4 – Changes to the Service and Prices

Product prices, promotions, availability and shipping charges may change without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error or where applicable law permits correction.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We will not be liable for such changes except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Article 5 – Products

Our products are offered online through the Site. Products may be available in limited quantities and may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, materials and dimensions accurately. The appearance of colors may vary depending on your screen settings, lighting and device. Slight differences may also occur between product batches.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description and available size chart before ordering. Size labels may differ between manufacturers, so you should use the measurements displayed on the relevant product page.

We reserve the right to:

• Information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
• An obvious price, product or shipping error has occurred.
• The order appears fraudulent, abusive or intended for unauthorized resale.
• We cannot lawfully deliver to the requested location.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and account information. You are responsible for promptly updating your email address, telephone number, delivery address and other information necessary to complete the transaction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer-account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Article 7 – Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

You authorize us and the applicable payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout, including product prices, shipping charges, taxes, duties or other disclosed amounts.

Currency conversion rates, foreign transaction charges or other fees imposed independently by your bank or card provider are your responsibility.

Article 8 – Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, available methods, charges and estimates are displayed on the Site or during checkout. Additional details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, address issues, holidays, weather, public events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products may be sourced or fulfilled by third-party partners and may be dispatched from facilities outside your country. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Article 9 – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged products and order-cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

• Contain false, defamatory, abusive, obscene or unlawful material.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory product guarantee, conformity right or other mandatory consumer protection that applies to your purchase.

Article 18 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Leisure Mode and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or Service.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion.

Article 19 – Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Leisure Mode and its affiliates, employees, agents and service providers from third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service, your material violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

Article 20 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Article 21 – Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to use the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you have materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a security risk or violated applicable law.

Obligations and liabilities arising before termination will continue where their nature requires them to survive.

Article 22 – Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and other policies posted on the Site, constitute the agreement between you and The Leisure Mode concerning your use of the Service.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Article 23 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer's habitual country of residence.

Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Lebanon.

Article 24 – Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date will show when the latest revision became effective.

Your continued use of the Site after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
