What happens next

Send the notice within 14 calendar days after delivery of eligible goods. We will provide the correct postal return destination and order reference. Send the goods back no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us. Do not send a parcel to the business correspondence address or the address printed on the original package unless our written instructions specifically tell you to do so.
